Chelsea FC is a football club in England that is considered as one of the top spenders in EPL or the English Premier League and they have once again proved it by putting up a massive transfer bid for David Villa, the striker from the Top club in Europe, Barcelona.
But the English giants are not finding it easy to sign David Villa, which was not the case when they signed Fernando Torres and David Luiz, which was also for an exorbitant amount of money back in 2010 - 2011 season.
