Healthy Food Complete Plan For Women Men and Children

Health is wealth.Anything you want to do or achieve in this world during your brief stay here requires good health so we must make it our utmost priority and duty to maintain Good Health and hence do our body and mind justice.So here is a good plan that I use to remain Fit and healthy. I call this plan healthy Food Complete Plan!

So the first thing is to wake up early and do yoga or any other Exercise you are comfortable with such as Gym, Aerobics, Jogging, Pilate's, Stretching Etc to get your blood circulation going and get your muscles warmed up for the day.
Then comes Break Fast, Eat an egg or two boiled, Bread Jam would be fine and Get good home made Fruit juice for the vital vitamins.
Afternoon eat a good meal with rice, lean meat and another Fruit juice, avoid Junk food.
In the Evening during tea time, have a fruit or vegetable salad and mix it up with a small amount of olive oil and spices to get a snack like taste!
Also in the evening go for a walk for at least 20 minutes, this will freshen your mind a lot!

In the Night do not over eat, eat less rice and get Some Vegetable juice!
Sleep Early!

I will guarantee you that you will feel fitter from the very first day, It worked for me, hope it does for you as well!
