Based in New York for the summer of 2012, Disney Magic will offer 8-night Bahamas sailings and 5-night cruises to Canada and New England. Click here for dates and prices.

Carnival Cruise Lines announced that the company will discontinue cruises departing from Mobile, Alabama in mid-October, due to disappointing financial results for sailings from that homeport.
The line first began offering year-round Mobile departures in 2004 on the Carnival Holiday. In 2009, Carnival brought a newer class of ship -- Carnival Elation -- to the port, in hopes that the newer vessel would attract more business and generate higher revenues. Unfortunately, the newer ship and aggressive marketing have not paid off.
After its 7-night October 15th sailing from Mobile, the Carnival Elation will reposition to New Orleans, and will offer 4- and 5-night Western Caribbean itineraries starting November 5. The Carnival Ecstasy, which will be offering a series of 4-, 5- and 7-night cruises from New Orleans in September and October will move to Port Canaveral and offer 4- and 5-night Bahamas cruises starting November 7.
Customers booked on the discontinued Mobile cruises may rebook on a cruise from an alternate homeport and receive an onboard credit of $25 per person, or cancel and receive a full refund.
For a list of Carnival's remaining cruises departing from Mobile, click here.

Continuing education courses are a requirement for medical professionals but there's no reason they can't be part of a memorable vacation. Vacations To Go will offer three accredited continuing education programs at sea in 2011; the first one sailed just last month on the Celebrity Solstice, and was a great success.
Our Continuing Medical Education (CME) cruises are for physicians, physician assistants, nurses and pharmacists. Course sessions are conducted by leading experts and are held during days at sea, so they don't conflict with shore excursions or onboard nightly entertainment.
Below, you'll find a brief description of each of the remaining 2011 CME cruises available with Vacations To Go:
On May 22, 2011, Royal Caribbean's 5-star Allure of the Seas will depart from Fort Lauderdale and visit ports in the Western Caribbean. CME sessions will be led by one of the nation's leading diabetes experts, Condit Steil, Pharm.D., CDE and will focus on diabetes management. The Allure is the largest cruise ship ever built, an amusement park on water that is ideal for families. Click here for more details.
Finally, on June 29, 2011, the 5-star Celebrity Infinity will depart from Seattle and sail to Alaska. CME sessions will be led by one of the nation's leading respiratory care experts, Kevin Gleeson, MD and will focus on respiratory diseases and new advances in treatment options. Click here for more details.
Our CME Cruise Department is open Monday-Friday from 8am to 7pm and Saturday-Sunday from 9am to 6pm, CST, and can be reached toll free at 877-828-4772.
