Zac Efron does not have a very muscular well cut and well defined muscles like that of a Greek God.But he definitely has a swimmers body, streamlined, lean muscle.This you can get by working out hard in the gym and then hitting the sports grounds or going swimming regularly.Remember this may take a while, so be prepared to put in some hard work.It is easier to get a body like Zac Efron when you are still a teenager or into early twenties as at this time your hormones as well as muscles are equipped to be used rigorously and hence you can train them to the correct form and get the right shapes you wanted.




How to get a body like Zac Efron?

Hit the Gym 5 times a week for 1 to 1.5 hours a day.Do overall Body workout rather than limit to Chest or biceps like most beginners do.

Get a personal trainer, he can give you the exact workout plan for your body to become like Zac Efron's body.I can give you a routine that I follow to stay lean and fit, I am only 18 and I do not gym a lot but get running each day at least for 5 Kilometers.So I have very little fat and lean Muscle which I am very happy with as I am a Footballer and I need to be lean.

Get Running - You need to start running, a lot.By this you can cut down the fat and whatever muscle you have will show.It gives the cut look.

Get Swimming - Swimming streamlines your body very well and gives you great shoulder muscles, chest muscles and arm strength.
